All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.
Each crystal is energetically cleansed and wrapped with love before shipping.

We currently ship within India.

Standard Shipping (India): 4–10 business days
Remote or special-access locations may take longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out!

❗ Delayed / Missing Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us.
We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

📸 Damaged Packages

Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Email us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund after review.
